Rider’s Body Position
9.15 minutes – In this video Angie explains how to sit in a way that helps your horse be able to carry themselves better. If we want our horses to carry themselves with less weight on their shoulders and more weight on their hindquarters, engage their cores and have a round, soft back we as riders need to make similar adjustments in our own body. Angie also demonstrates some rein simulations with riders to help people engage and become more anchored in their center. This helps riders to ride in a much better frame and to also ride with much quieter hands.
